In SIP, a relay race to renovate and upgrade communities for young talents is underway. It started with the “space transformation” of Jinghui Apartments residential quarter, and recently reached its climax as Jingying Apartment Community took on a new look.

Barriers between the residential and commercial zones have been removed, excepted for an “artistic gate” on the shortcut between the two zones. This has allowed the walking time to the community’s service center to be shortened by 15 minutes compared with a detour through the front entrance of the community, and the rate of participation in the activities at the center to rise by 40%.

Painted walls, colorful letter-shaped chairs and artistic installations have made the public spaces not just places for a rest and chatting, but also new attractions that many people take photos with.

The lighting systems for the garages and those along the paths have been improved, too, with beautiful lights accompanying everyone on their journey home.
